  On-job-training

The new members of VISA Consultants are involved from the beginning in the resolution of real problems, working side by side with more experienced co-workers and with customers. In this context, the learning process is faster and totally results-oriented. The General-Director directly follows the career evolution of each team member.

All of VISA Consultants' employees are constantly confronted with new challenges, sharing them with the colleagues and developing simultaneously, the techniques and more appropriate solutions. These experiences are transmitted internally, being guaranteed that the acquired knowledge lasts long in the company and it is incorporated in the search of new and future solutions.

  Indoors training

The regular vocational training programs complement and refine the knowledge of our collaborators. We invest in vocational training as a pillar of individual development and we support the enrolling in different types of vocational training courses. In 2003, the average number of hours of vocational training by collaborator was 46h.
