Organisational Structure 
The VISA Consultants organisational chart has only 2 levels: the Directorate-General level and the Operational and Support Units level. The Administration Council defines the strategic orientations.

Qualifications
and occupational experience:
Graduated in Geology at the College of Sciences of the University of Lisbon in 1990. He has done the MBA in Marketing and International Businesses in 1994, at INDEG/ISCTE
and the marketing course business-to-business at the Kellogg Business School, USA, in 1998.
He was trainer and consultant in strategic management and marketing
in national and foreign consulting companies.
He is a founding partner of VISA Consultants, where he is responsible for the development of new businesses.
Fields of specialisation:
Strategy;
Management of Residues.

Qualifications and occupational experience:
Graduated in Geology at the College of Sciences of Lisbon in 1990,
he worked in the Hydrographic Institute, at the Division of Marine Geology up
to 1995, where he got specialised in the execution of hydrographical surveys.
He has integrated the personnel board of VISA Consultants in 1996 and until 2001
he was responsible for the management of the company. Currently he is administrator and
supervises the financial area.

Enterprise Financial Management;
Management of Mineral Resources.

Qualifications
and occupational experience:
Graduated in Mining Engineering at the Instituto Superior Técnico
(Lisbon), when he started the activity of researcher at the Geotechnical
Centre (CEGEO) of Instituto Superior Técnico in 1992.
Between 1995 and 1999, he was a permanent collaborator of the company
Hidromineira (Hidroprojecto associate).
In 1998, he finished the Master in Geo-resources at the Instituto
Superior Técnico and in 1999 he became a partner of VISA Consultants.
In 2001, he assumed the Directorate-General of the company and in
2003 he was elected Chairman of the Administration Council.
Fields of specialisation:
Geomechanics and Geotechnics;
Exploitation of Mineral Resources;
Environmental Management.
