Our strategy is to offer the best-integrated solution. Therefore, our organizational structure cplaces the most experienced consultants in the interface with customers; we offer complete tailored solutions; and we integrate the central processes of solutions development and result-oriented management.
We are not constrained by the pressure of annual results, and that allows us to commit to customer service and to establish long-term relations.

Fourteen workers integrate the personnel board of VISA Consultants, 90% of which has university degrees. Our collaborators' diversity of skills ensures a very high complementarity, producing technical solutions enriched by several perspectives.

Apart from the technicians of the personnel board, we also rely on the dedicated support of more than two dozen specialists - generally university professors or researchers - to whom we appeal when very specific aspects must be taken into account.

We maintain and we look for the strengthening of co-operation relationships with Institutions and Research Centres.
